Unit Camp Reflection

The camp really thought me a lot of things. It taught me to be resilient, responsible and many more. Camp was exhausting yet exciting. The games planned were not only for fun but oso to build up our strength. The camp taught me resilience through the games and various activities . Although I was exhausted I did not gave up in completing the challenges in the games. Camp taught me care. We had to look out for one another during camp and I think that my group members and I took great care of each other. Overall, camp was fun and enjoyable yet exhauting and also, it has taught me a lot of values that I wasn't strong in.

I had lots of fun getting to know other people whom i do not know and the activities were really fun especially the game gladiator. I love the night walk so much but it was really scary for me and my friend. We were scared throughout the whole activity but we made it. The late night movies were enjoyable and i hope in the future for the other cadets could watch it as well but change the movies to the even more scarier ones. The food that we cooked were delicious especially the barbecued hotdogs and chicken which were for us to eat while watching another movie which is called ' Kung fu panda 3.' During the camp also , i managed to get along with other people in my group which is iron man. They are amazing people i ever met even tho sometimes they are quiet. The camp was very tiring as we had to do things which were tiring but they were times when we had lots of fun like they tell ghost stories which were my favourite to listen to and watch. I think in future lots of other young or older cadets will enjoy especially me and i hope it will still be fun ,enjoyable and awesome to take part in future.

First of all, i think that the camp was really an achievement for the cadet leaders. I had seen a lot of improvement from some of our CLs who did not attend trainings previously & they were doing a great job in maintaining the camp and to contribute along so as to have a successful and well-experienced for us, cadet leaders. However, for every camp, i believed that the leaders will always have challenges to overcome. I realised we all need an improvement in thinking of ways to solve when problem occur at an instance. Other than that, communication was also very important in managing the camp. After all, this was a great experience for me to be able to conduct this annual camp with my partner. It was an enjoyable one and will totally treasure those moments with my supportive squad mates.
