Hello NCOs, these are the details for the upcoming After Action Review (AAR):

Date: 28th December 2010

Time: 9am-5pm

Attire: P.T. Kit (NCO Tee)

Location: H.O.D.

Things to bring: Rag/Cloth, Notebook, Yellow unit tee and highlighters of any colour other than black or white.

The upcoming After Action Review (AAR) is COMPULSORY.

This is the time plan for the day:

9am-12pm: After Action Review (AAR)

12pm-1pm: Lunch

1pm-5pm: Cleaning NPCC office

Please do make yourself free on that day as the AAR will take up the whole day. Do bring some money for lunch.

NOTE: Those who are unable to make it, please inform Sir Yi Xiang . Last minute information will not be accepted.

Cadets Promotion

Dear all,

Congratulation to those who have been promoted to the next higher rank in your NPCC journey. Do keep up the good work and constantly improve yourself to do better.

Also, the success of this Promotion Ceremony was only made possible by the detailed planning drafted out by the Promotion Ceremony Committee. The committee consists of NCO Alexander, Hidayah and Kai Lin. (*A round of applause for them please.)

Promotion Test Retake on 1st December 2010

To all those who are involved,

There will be a promotion test retake on 1st December 2010. You are strongly advised not to have anything on during that day.

Time: 0900-1700
Attire: PT-kit
Things to bring: Full Uniform, Writing Materials, Water bottle, PICARD

Sec 2
Time: 0800-1400
Attire: PT-kit
Things to bring: Full Uniform, Writing Materials, Water bottle, PICARD, assignment (if you had yet to submit it before the deadline)

Sec 3
Time: 0800-1615 (refer below to find out which category you belong to)
Attire: Full Uniform
Things to bring: PT-kit, Writing Materials, Water bottle, Poncho, PICARD

Category A: 0800-1615
Participants:
1. NCOs who are Cpl (NPCC) or P/Sgt (NPCC), and failed SSgt (NPCC) interview
2. NCOs who did not take the test on 24th November 2010

Category B: 0800-1200
Participants:
1. NCOs who pass the SSgt (NPCC) interview, but failed to obtain Sgt (NPCC) rank.

Category C: 1315-1615
Participants:
1. NCOs who are Sgt (NPCC), but failed the SSgt (NPCC) interview.

40% Drills
40% Outdoors
20% MISC

MISC will be calculated in the form of

5% Attendance

Passing Criteria for this Rank is at : 60% with at least a 20% in both Outdoors and Drills module

Cadets who pass the rank will also attain:
3rd Class Drill; And
Campcraft

This enrichment programme is COMPULSORY and attendance will be taken into consideration for Promotion Test and also for 2011 attendance.

Promotion Test - Sec 1 - 3

All NPCC cadets who are down for Student Leaders Camp will take their Promotion Test on 1 December 2010. Time and attire, check with your respective CIs.

This is to avoid over-taxing the cadets during the camp period. Be prepared for the test and I hope to be able to promote all of you to the next higher rank.
