You are strongly advised to prepare yourself well before Wednesday. You can start by memorising all the timings, commands, and the execution of the drill maneuvers. The reason is very simple. A good Sergeant will know the timings, commands and the execution of the drills, before going on to impart these knowledge to his/her cadets. Therefore, your promotion to the rank of Sergeant depends on how much effort you put in, and how disciplined you are in setting aside time to prepare yourself.
